

Schedule A Party!
Everything You Need To Know
REGULAR PARTIES/PRIVATE PARTIES
- $20 per painter for a minimum of 10 people ($200 total)
- Paint Create Socialize can accomodate up to 40 people (more depending on painters preferences)
- Host/Hostess paints for free when party reaches 20 painters!!
- A $60 non-refundable fee is due at the time of party booking
- A travel fee MAY appy if traveling more than 50 miles from 17044
- Paint Create Socialize will provide step-by-step instruction for up to 40 guests. No prior artistic skill is needed!
- Party Host/Hostess will get to choose the painting for the party. (Samples available on request or Paint Create Socialize can work with you to choose the best painting for your event!)
- Guests will each receive an 11"x14" canvas (size and type dependant on party type) that guests will paint and take home that day.
- Parties average 2-3 hours in length. (this all depends on the speed of the guests attending, please allow extra time for those who tend to be more detailed)
- Set up takes 45 minutes. Tear down takes 30 minutes.
- Invitations and tickets available on request from Paint Create Socialize
- Host/Hostess is responsible for 75% of publicity and advertising. Paint Create Socialize will be responsible for 25% of publicity and advertisement, create a Facebook event, and share around Facebook. Host/Hostess will be added as a co-host on event page for purpose of adding guests and providing public information. If the host/hostess does not use Facebook, please provide all information you would like included on the event page or appoint someone who has Facebook to do so. Publicity and Advertising ideas are available on request. YOUR GUEST LIST IS DEPENDANT ON YOU! My goal is to make your party fun, memorable, and successful all you have to do is get the painters there!
- One week prior to event Host/Hostess must provide a firm number of guests attending to allow sufficient materials to be available. Some events allow "walk-in/last minute" painters. Paint Create Socialize always brings along extra materials to allow for this!
- To hold a party, Host/Hostess must provide a location with: Good lighting, tables and chairs, table for demonstration, food and beverages (if included in party fee), Music! (this IS a party!), access to electricity and outlets, close access to a sink for clean water and cleaning brushes.
NOTE: A $60 non-refundable fee is required to reserve your date.
Paint Create Socialize will provide: Table covers, paint brushes, paint, palettes, easels, new unopened canvases, paper towels, water containers, and more...
FUNDRAISERS
HOST/HOSTESS SETS THE PRICE!!
Paint Create Socialize charges $20 per person for a minimum of 10 people (max. is 40 people)
**Host/Hostess sets price**
Example: Host/Hostess charges $40 per person - (Paint Create Socialize fee of $20) = $20 profit!
Paint Create Socialize Charges:
$20 a person for 10-19 painters
$18 a person for 20-29 painters
$15 a person for 30+ painters
- Consider adding raffles, silent auctions, or 50/50 prizes to boost your profits!
- The most successful fundraisers charge between $30 - $35
- A $60 non-refundable fee is needed to reserve your date
- A travel fee may be included if party is more than 50 miles away from 17044
- Host/Hostess may not charge over $40 unless a meal, venue price, or other expense is included

CANCELLATION/INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY!!
- If Host/Hostess needs to cancel party due to bad weather, illness, or emergency, he/she needs to give at least 4 hours notice to Paint Create Socialize and contact ALL guests.
- Paint Create Socialize has the right to cancel any party/event at anytime if travel is deemed unsafe or upon illness or emergency. Paint Create Socialize will give at least 4 hours notice to the Host/Hostess who is then responsible to contact ALL guests.
- Paint Create Socialize will provide the Host/Hostess with available "Make-up Dates" to chose from.
- The Host/Hostess is responsible for contacting ALL party guests for any cancellation and/or rescheduling.
- The Host/Hostess is responsible for refunding or transferring all money paid in advance to party guests.
- The $60 non-refundable fee WILL be transferred to the available and agreed upon "Make-Up Date"
If no "Make-Up date" can be agreed upon or reached between Paint Create Socilize and the Host/Hostess, the $60 fee will be refunded. If Paint Create Socialize deems the Host/Hostess has necessarily or unnecissarily canceled a party without communicating in the preferred amount of time, a "Make-Up date" or refund MAY NOT be available.
